Privacy Policy
How Dialed handles account, creator, campaign, uploaded media, and connected Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook data.
What This Policy Covers
This Privacy Policy explains how Dialed collects, processes, and protects information for campaign management, creator collaboration, creative approvals, social account integrations, metrics reporting, and related operational workflows.
Dialed is intended for authorized creators, internal team members, and invited campaign stakeholders. By using Dialed, you understand that the information described here may be processed to operate the platform and support campaign activity.
Information We Collect
We collect account information such as name, email address, phone number when provided, profile image, role, authentication identifiers, invite status, and login/session records.
We collect campaign and workflow information such as creator assignments, campaign names, creative submissions, approval decisions, comments, checklist activity, uploaded files, social handles, credential readiness status, and activity logs created while using Dialed.
When you connect Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, or Facebook through OAuth, we may collect provider account identifiers, display names, usernames or handles, profile images, OAuth access and refresh tokens, token expiration metadata, post/media metadata, and performance metrics such as views, likes, comments, shares, posting timestamps, and related insights made available by the provider APIs.
How We Use Information
We use information to authenticate users, manage access by role, operate creator and campaign workflows, route creative approvals, sync official social platform metrics, generate reports, maintain platform security, troubleshoot errors, and provide support.
Connected Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook data is used to associate creator accounts with active campaigns, import eligible post activity, measure campaign performance, and display operational metrics to authorized Dialed users.
We may use aggregated or de-identified operational information to understand platform performance and improve internal workflows, provided it does not identify an individual creator or user.
How We Share Information
We share information with authorized users inside Dialed based on role and campaign access. For example, internal team members may view campaign assignments, connected creator accounts, submissions, and metrics needed to operate campaigns.
We use service providers for hosting, storage, email delivery, authentication, analytics, and infrastructure. These providers process information only as needed to deliver the services used by Dialed.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share connected Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, or Facebook OAuth tokens with advertisers, data brokers, or unrelated third parties.
Connected Platform Data
Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook integrations are optional and require user authorization through the provider's OAuth flow. The permissions requested are limited to the current Dialed use case: identifying the connected account and reading eligible media or performance metrics.
For YouTube specifically, Dialed requests the youtube.readonly scope to read channel metadata and video performance metrics (views, likes, comments, shares) for YouTube Shorts. Dialed does not upload, modify, or delete any YouTube content.
Your use of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook remains subject to those platforms' own terms and privacy policies. If you revoke Dialed's access from a provider account, future syncs may stop until the account is reconnected. You can revoke YouTube access at any time via your Google Account permissions page (https://myaccount.google.com/permissions).
Google API Services Disclosure
Dialed's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy (https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy), including the Limited Use requirements.
Dialed does not use YouTube data for advertising, does not sell or transfer YouTube data to third parties, does not use YouTube data to build user profiles for advertising purposes, and does not use YouTube data for surveillance.
Retention and Deletion
We retain information for as long as needed to operate Dialed, support active or historical campaign records, meet contractual or legal obligations, maintain security, and resolve disputes.
If you want to disconnect a social account, request deletion of account information, or ask about retained campaign data, contact support@dialedevo.evomarketing.co. Some records may be retained where required for legitimate business, security, legal, or audit purposes.
Security
We use access controls, authentication, encrypted storage mechanisms where appropriate, and operational safeguards designed to protect Dialed information. OAuth tokens and sensitive integration data are stored server-side and are not exposed to unauthorized users.
No internet service can guarantee absolute security. If we identify a security issue affecting your information, we will take appropriate steps based on the nature and scope of the issue.
Children
Dialed is not directed to children under 13 and is not intended for use by anyone who is not authorized to participate in Dialed workflows.
Changes and Contact
We may update this Privacy Policy as Dialed changes. The effective date above shows when this page was last updated.
Questions, access requests, deletion requests, and privacy concerns can be sent to support@dialedevo.evomarketing.co.
