How Dialed handles deletion requests for account, creator, and connected Instagram data.
Request Deletion
To request deletion of Dialed account, creator, or connected social platform data, email support@dialedevo.evomarketing.co from the address associated with your Dialed account and include the social handle or account you want removed.
If you remove Dialed from Meta or Instagram, Meta may also send us an automated data deletion callback. When that happens, we disconnect the matching Instagram integration, remove stored provider tokens and provider identifiers, and return a confirmation code with a status URL.
What We Delete
For connected Instagram data deletion callbacks, we remove OAuth tokens, provider account identifiers, profile image URLs, display names, and the visible connected account record from creator-facing account lists.
Some campaign, security, audit, contractual, or legal records may be retained where needed for legitimate business operations, compliance, dispute resolution, or fraud prevention.
Timing and Confirmation
Automated Meta data deletion callbacks are processed immediately when the callback signature is valid and the account can be matched.
Manual deletion requests are reviewed by Dialed support. We may ask for reasonable verification before deleting information tied to an account or campaign.
